根据国家相关法规要求,车辆出厂需经过尾气排放检测,这是车辆出厂前的必检项目.尾气排放检测需在高、低2种怠速工况下分别进行检测,传统控制怠速的方法为人工踩油门踏板,但随着电子油门的使用,人工难以稳定高怠速.因此,文章提出一种新的怠速控制方法,可以提高下线双怠速尾气排放检测的效率.

According to laws & regulations of the state, before leaving factory, vehicle has to be required emission testing, which is an compulsory item of vehicle tested. Exhaust emission inspection is to be required tested respectively under low and high idling condition. Traditional methods to control idle speed are by manual stepping on the acceleration pedal, with the use of electronic accelerator, and people are hard to make it stable during high idle speed. This paper presents a new idle speed control method which can increase the efficiency of emissions testing during double idle speed when the vehicle is off the pro-duction line.
