Sweeper is an advanced appliance for sweeping. In order to improve the quality of sweeper, the paper introduces the design of decompressor of dustbin to solve some problems, like too fast airflow and too high air pressure in the dustbin, the difficulty in throwing rubbish, rolling sweep caused by air pressure and the load increase of motor works on rolling sweep.
