目的:探讨中药配合外固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果.方法:将48例股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为实验组和对照组,均行外固定术,实验组辅以中药治疗,观察两组疗效及并发症情况.结果:两组均未出现并发症,实验组骨折愈合时间为11.3±2.4周,短于对照组为13.6±3.1周(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.7%,高于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05).结论:中药配合外固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果良好,能缩短骨折愈合时间,并提高骨折治愈率.
목적:탐토중약배합외고정치료고골조륭간골절적림상효과.방법:장48례고골조륭간골절환자수궤분위실험조화대조조,균행외고정술,실험조보이중약치료,관찰량조료효급병발증정황.결과:량조균미출현병발증,실험조골절유합시간위11.3±2.4주,단우대조조위13.6±3.1주(P<0.05);치료조총유효솔위91.7%,고우대조조적83.3%(P<0.05).결론:중약배합외고정치료고골조륭간골절효과량호,능축단골절유합시간,병제고골절치유솔.
Objective: To discusses the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external fixation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods: 48 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, which were all treated with external fixation, while experimental group combined with traditional Chinese medi-cine, to observe the effect and complications of two groups. Results: Both two groups had no complications, fracture healing time of experimental group was 11.3 ± 2.4 weeks, shorter than that of control group , 13.6 ± 3.1 weeks (P<0.05); the total effective rate of experimental group was 91.7%, higher than 83.3% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine com-bined with external fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with good effect, can shorten the healing time of fracture and improve the cure rate.
