目的:探讨经颅磁刺激结合康复训练对帕金森病患者临床症状的影响.方法:将60例帕金森患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组接受常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行经颅低频磁刺激治疗及康复训练.结果:治疗组的 UP-DRS评分低于对照组,BBS评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:经颅磁刺激结合康复训练在改善帕金森病患者的运动能力有明显的效果.

Objective: To investigate the influence of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation training in im-proving the clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Methods: Divided 60 cases of Parkinson's disease patients into treatment group and control group, the control group received conventional medication, while the treatment received the transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment and rehabilitation training. Results: The UPDRS scores in treatment group was lower than control group, and the BBS scores was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with reha-bilitation training have a significant effect in improving the exercise capacity of patients with Parkinson's disease.
