目的:探讨萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:将56例患者分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组给予萎胃汤,对照组给予胃复春片.比较两组患者在治疗前后的症状、舌象、脉象、病理检查等情况的变化,指导临床治疗实践.结果:治疗组的治愈率+显效率及总有效率分别是73.3%和96.7%,对照组的治愈率+显效率分别是34.6%和88.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,与对照组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: 56 pa-tients were divided into treatment group and control group; treatment group was given Wei-wei decoction, control group was given Wei-fuchun tablets. Changes of the symptoms, tongue condition, pulse condition, pathological examinations and so on were com-pared with patients of two groups before and after treatment, to guide the practice of clinical treatment. Results: Curative and total ef-fective rate were respectively 73.3% and96.7% in the treatment group ,and those of control group were 34.6% and88.5%, the effica-cy of treatment group was superior to control one, and statistically significant different between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis with type of spleen deficiency and blood stasis are significant, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
