目的:探讨中药薰药联合参麦注射液关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效.方法:78例患者分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组予中药薰药加参麦注射液关节腔注射治疗,对照组予玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射.结果:治疗组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:中药薰药加参麦注射液关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎效果显著.
목적:탐토중약훈약연합삼맥주사액관절강주사치료슬골성관절염적료효.방법:78례환자분위치료조급대조조,치료조여중약훈약가삼맥주사액관절강주사치료,대조조여파리산납슬관절강주사.결과:치료조우량솔고우대조조(P<0.05);량조총유효솔비교무현저성차이(P>0.05).결론:중약훈약가삼맥주사액관절강주사치료슬골성관절염효과현저.
Objective: To explore the efficacy of herbal fuming medicine combined with Shenmai injection of intra-articular cavity in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 78 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group ad-opted herbal fuming medicine plus Shenmai injection of intra-articular cavity therapy, control group was treated with sodium hyal-uronate injection of knee joint cavity. Results: The curative rate of treatment group was much higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The total efficiency of two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Herbal fuming medicine plus Shenmai injection of intra-articular cavity for knee osteoarthritis is remarkable effective.
