目的:探讨中药熏蒸疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及护理措施.方法:对370例患者采用中药熏蒸疗法进行治疗,并给予针对性的护理措施.结果:治愈65例,好转285例,无效20例,总有效率94.6%.结论:中药熏蒸治疗类风湿关节炎操作简单、安全、疗效好、费用少,配合针对性的护理措施,使患者更容易接受,适用性强,值得临床推广.

Objective: To explore the curative effects and nursing methods of herbal fumigation therapy of rheumatoid arthritis. Meth-ods: 370 patients adopted herbal fumigation treatment and pertinent nursing measures. Results: 65 cases were cured, 285 improved, and 20 were ineffective, the total efficiency was 94.6%. Conclusion: Herbal fumigation treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is operation-al simple, safe and eutherapeutic with less cost, patients are more likely to accept the treatment combined with pertinent nursing mea-sures, it is worthy of clinical promotion of strong applicability.
