目的:探讨双乳晕路径腔镜甲状腺手术围手术期的健康教育指导.方法:对23例行双乳晕路径腔镜甲状腺手术患者进行入院评估后,制定适合患者的健康教育内容和计划,按计划从入院到出院给予系统的全程健康教育指导.结果:通过全面的护理和系统的健康教育,本组患者术后恢复良好,未出现任何护理并发症,对美容效果及护理服务非常满意.结论:做好健康教育对疾病恢复有重要意义.

Objective: To explore the health education on patients of thyroid operation with endoscope of bilateral areola path during perioperation. Methods: After proceeding admission assessment on 23 cases of endoscopic thyroid operation with bilateral areolar path, plan of health education was made to suit patients , according to the plan, health education guidance was offered systematically during the whole course from admission to discharging. Results: Based on comprehensive nursing and systematical health education, all patients fully recovered without any nursing complication, and satisfied with the cosmetic effect and nursing service. Conclusion:health education is important for the recovery of the disease.
