目的:观察桦褐孔菌甲醇提取物的抗氧化及抗炎作用,为更合理有效地开发该多糖真菌提供科学依据.方法:通过大鼠足肿胀及大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生模型考察其抗炎活性,并通过清除DPPH自由基活性的清除作用评价其抗氧化作用.结果:100mg/kg以上的桦褐孔菌甲醇提物对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生有抑制作用;100mg/kg的桦褐孔菌甲醇提物可以清除DPPH自由基.结论:桦褐孔菌甲醇提取物具有良好的抗氧化及抗炎作用.
目的:觀察樺褐孔菌甲醇提取物的抗氧化及抗炎作用,為更閤理有效地開髮該多糖真菌提供科學依據.方法:通過大鼠足腫脹及大鼠棉毬肉芽組織增生模型攷察其抗炎活性,併通過清除DPPH自由基活性的清除作用評價其抗氧化作用.結果:100mg/kg以上的樺褐孔菌甲醇提物對角扠菜膠所緻大鼠足腫、大鼠棉毬肉芽組織增生有抑製作用;100mg/kg的樺褐孔菌甲醇提物可以清除DPPH自由基.結論:樺褐孔菌甲醇提取物具有良好的抗氧化及抗炎作用.
목적:관찰화갈공균갑순제취물적항양화급항염작용,위경합리유효지개발해다당진균제공과학의거.방법:통과대서족종창급대서면구육아조직증생모형고찰기항염활성,병통과청제DPPH자유기활성적청제작용평개기항양화작용.결과:100mg/kg이상적화갈공균갑순제물대각차채효소치대서족종、대서면구육아조직증생유억제작용;100mg/kg적화갈공균갑순제물가이청제DPPH자유기.결론:화갈공균갑순제취물구유량호적항양화급항염작용.
Objective:To observe the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Inonotus obliquus methanol extract, to provide a sci-entific basis for a more rational and effective development of the polysaccharide fungi. Methods:Use rats foot swelling and cotton ball granulation tissue formation model to observed its anti-inflammatory activity, and to evaluate its antioxidant role by clearing the scav-enging effect of DPPH radical activity. Results:The experimental results show that the the Inonotus obliquus over 100mg/kg methanol extract of carrageenan-induced rat paw edema inhibition in rats tampon granulation tissue;100mg/kg Inonotus obliquus methanol ex-tract DPPH radical scavenging. Conclusion:The Inonotus obliquus methanol extract has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
