目的:分析微小乳腺癌的全数字化乳腺X线征象,进一步提高微小乳腺癌的诊断水平.方法:回顾性分析我院2009年3月~2012年3月确诊的46例微小乳腺癌患者的临床表现及全数字化乳腺X线特点,所有患者均采用全数字化乳腺X线摄影,最后与手术病理结果对照.结果:本组46例微小乳腺癌患者中,浸润性导管乳腺癌34例,导管原位癌6例,浸润性小叶癌7例,黏液腺癌3例,髓样癌2例.X线征象为结节者35例,钙化28例,6例表现为局部结构紊乱,11例出现小灶致密影.结论:全数字化乳腺X线摄影其突出优势在于能显示乳腺内微小钙化灶,而且图像具有更好的对比度和清晰度,因此,全数字化乳腺X线摄影是诊断微小乳腺癌的首选检查方法.

Objective:To analyze digital mammography findings for micro breast cancer and further improve the diagnostic level of micro breast cancer . Materials and methods:The clinical data of 46 patients with micro breast cancer diagnosed during 2009.3~2012.3 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. To explore their clinical symptoms and digital mammography features.All of the patients were performed with digital mammography. Results:46 cases with micro breast cancer were detected by digital mammography.Including 34 infiltrating ductal carcinomas(IDC), 6 ductal carcinomas in situ(DCIS), 7 invasive lobular carcinomas, 3 mucinous carcinomas, and 2 medullary carcinomas. The X-ray findings were as follows:mass (n=35);micmcalcification (n=28);localized tortuosity or disturbance of mammary gland architecture (n=6);asymmetrical and localized increased density (n=11). Conclusion:The X-ray image of digital mammography has better contrast and definition. digital mammography is recommended to identify micro breast cancer.
