在低发射率涂层中添加有机消光剂进行消光处理,涂层的光泽度明显降低,但涂层的发射率也大幅升高;通过对加入消光剂后发射率升高原因进行分析,提出发射率与光泽度兼容涂层的模型;用不同型号的铝粉代替消光剂,探讨用复合填料制备低发射率低光泽兼容涂层的规律.其中进行复合的金属铝粉的漂浮态及遮盖力对结果有很大影响.

The method of adding flatting agent for extinction processing of low emissivity coating was used. The glossiness of coating was obviously decreased,but infrared emissivity was significantly increased. The reason why the emissivity significantly increases after adding the agent was analyzed,the model of compatible coatings with low glossiness and emissivity was put forward;Substitution flatting agent with compounded mix of different aluminum powder was used to study the preparation regulation of compatible coatings with low emissivity and low glossiness. The floating rate and hiding power of the compounded aluminum powder have a great influence on the result.
