Nd-Fe-B永磁材料具有优异的磁性能,但是抗蚀性较差,通过表面电镀能够显著改善其抗蚀性.研究脱脂、酸洗、活化、封孔、预镀以及电镀工艺参数对Nd-Fe-B镀层结合力、孔隙率以及抗蚀性等的影响.实现水溶液中Nd-Fe-B永磁材料的化学封孔技术,并提出在pH≥7的镀液中进行预镀的新工艺,使Nd-Fe-B永磁体耐蚀性得到提高,其NSS试验可达500 h以上,最高可达720 h.

Nd?Fe?B permanent magnet material possesses excellent magnetic properties,but its corrosion resistance is poor. The corrosion resistance can be significantly improved by surface plating. The influence of degreasing,pickling,activation,sealing, as well as pre?plating and electroplating process on the Nd?Fe?B coating was studied. The chemical sealing technology of Nd?Fe?B permanent magnet materials in aqueous solution was achieved. The NSS test shows that the corrosion resistance of Nd?Fe?B permanent magnet can be greatly improved for as long as 500 h and the maximum 720 h for coatings being pre?plated in the plating bath with pH≥7.
