研究喷射沉积超高强铝合金的自然时效时间0.25,0.5,1,2,2.5,3 a的力学与组织行为.结果表明:在前2 a内,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度随自然时效时间的延长而增强,最大抗拉强度达到810 MPa,而伸长率则从最初的11%减少到6%;自然时效2.5 a,合金的抗拉强度减少到750 MPa,而伸长率提高到10%;时效3 a后,合金的抗拉强度增强到800 MPa,伸长率降低到8%.

The natural aging behavior of spray formed superhigh aluminum alloys was researched,and the aging time was choosed as 0.25,0.5,1,2,2.5,3 a. The results show that at the first 2 a,the tensile strength is increased as the aging time,the tensile strength is up to 810 MPa for aging time of 2 a. And the elongation is reduced as the aging time,the elongation is reduced from 11%to 6%. After 2.5 a aging,the tensile strength reduces to 750 MPa,and the elongation increases to 10%;after 3 a aging,the tensile strength increases to 800 MPa,and the elongation reduces to 8%.
