采用TIG焊对7N01铝合金进行焊接,利用金相、硬度和腐蚀实验,研究不同焊接电流对7N01铝合金焊接接头组织和性能的影响.结果表明:当焊接电流为170 A,焊接接头的组织为细小均匀的α-Al固溶体,其上分布着均匀、细小、弥散的η相,接头具有较好的硬度和耐蚀性.
採用TIG銲對7N01鋁閤金進行銲接,利用金相、硬度和腐蝕實驗,研究不同銲接電流對7N01鋁閤金銲接接頭組織和性能的影響.結果錶明:噹銲接電流為170 A,銲接接頭的組織為細小均勻的α-Al固溶體,其上分佈著均勻、細小、瀰散的η相,接頭具有較好的硬度和耐蝕性.

TIG welding was applied on 7N01 aluminum alloy plate. The effect of different welding current on microstructure and properties of welded joint was investigated by means of optical microscope,hardness and corrosion experiment. The results show that when the welding current is 170 A,the microstructure of welded joint is fine and uniformα?Al solid solution with fine and evenηphase uniformly distributed on it,so the joint has good hardness and corrosion resistance.
