对比分析了 ZJ17与 ZJ112型卷接机组摆动板浮圈调整机构的结构特点,详细说明了2种机构的具体调整方法,并分析了其优缺点. ZJ17结构简单但调整难度大,而 ZJ112调整方便但结构复杂,调整不直观,针对这两者的不足,设计了一种新型的摆动板机构,克服了原有设备的缺点.该机构具有一定的推广应用价值.

This article puts forward a new oscillating plate (or swash-plate) mechanism which based on the comparative analysis of the structural feature of oscillating plate adjustment mechanism on Cigarette Making machine Model ZJ17 and ZJ112, specifying both working process and its advantage and disadvantage. The structure of the ZJ17 is simple but difficult to adjust, while ZJ112 convenient to adjust but its structure is complicated.
