根据会展旅游的特征,构建了适于分析会展旅游产业竞争力的“钻石”模型,在充分调研并掌握相关数据的基础上,运用该模型系统分析了合肥市发展会展旅游六大要素的优、劣势,发现合肥市在区域经济水平、地理区位、基础设施、交通通达性、市场需求、政府意愿及外部机遇等方面具有一定的优势,但是在人力资源配备、旅游资源整合开发、国际市场需求、市场化水平以及信息化服务等方面还存在着不足,据此,结合合肥市会展旅游发展的实际状况,提出了培育和提升合肥市会展旅游竞争力的理论见解和对策建议.

According to the characteristics of MICE tourism, constructed the suitable diamond model for analysis of MICE tourism competitiveness. In the full investigation and the related data, based on the systematic analysis of the six elements about advantages and disadvantages on Hefei MICE tourism development by using the diamond model, found that it has a cer-tain advantage about regional economic level, geographic location, infrastructure, traffic accessibility, market demand, govern-ment intend and external opportunities etc, but there are still some shortage in human talent resources, tourism resources devel-opment, the international market demand, marketization level and information services in Hefei. Accordingly, this paper puts forward some theoretical opinions and Suggestions to cultivate and promote Hefei MICE tourism competitiveness.
