目的探讨平阳霉素碘油乳化剂(pingyang mycin-lipiodol emulsion,PLE)栓塞治疗肝海绵状血管瘤(CHL)的临床疗效和安全性.方法治疗肝海绵状血管瘤36例,瘤体直径6~20 cm,采用seldinger技术股动脉插管,导管超选入肝海绵状血管瘤供血动脉后,缓慢灌注平阳霉素碘油乳剂,所有病例术后随访3~12个月观察疗效和术后并发症.结果肝动脉栓塞后肝海绵状血管瘤碘油沉积良好,临床症状90%以上消失,复诊病变缩小80%以上4例,病变缩小80%~50%以上13例,缩小50%~30%18例,缩小30%以下1例,未出现严重并发症.结论平阳霉素碘油乳剂经肝动脉栓塞治疗海绵状血管瘤疗效好、副作用小、安全性高,可作为治疗CHL的理想方法.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of pingyang mycin-lipiodol emulsion (PLE) embolism in the treatment of cavernousc hemangiomac of liver (CHL). Methods 36 cases of cavernousc hemangiomac of liver were cured, tumor diameter 6~20 cm. Pingyang mycin-lipiodol emulsion was perfused slowly after catheter superselective feeding artery of cavernousc hemangiomac of liver by the seldinger technical femoral artery catheterization. All patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months to observe the efficacy and postoperative complications. Results It is good that lpiodol deposition in liver cavernous hemangioma after Hepatic artery embolization. clinical symptoms disappeared more than 90%. Referral four cases,of lesions reduced more than 80% 13 cases tof he lesions shrink 80% to 50% , 18 cases,of the lesions reduced from 50% to 30% one cases reduced below 30%, and no serious complications. Conclusion It is an ideal method in the treatment of CHL for Pingyang mycin-lipiodol emulsion emblazed by hepatic artery embolization.
