烧结页岩砖是国家提倡发展的建筑节能材料,是替代黏土砖的更新产品.通过对广西地区内规模较大、管理及产品质量较好的50家砖厂生产的页岩砖状况开展调查研究,调查结果表明:目前,广西生产的页岩砖以强度等级MU10和MU15、孔洞率低于40%及尺寸240 mm×115(190) mm×90 mm的多孔砖为主,烧结页岩空心砖和空心砌块的生产较为罕见.新国标GB 13544—2011《烧结多孔砖和多孔砌块》要求的矩形条孔或矩形孔页岩砖的生产技术难度大、成品率低,对原材料的细度、塑性要求高.此外,在孔型设计上,可将矩形条孔或矩形孔的尖角加工成圆角,以减少应力集中产生的开裂.

Fired shale brick is an energy-saving building material and an update product replacing ordinary clay brick, which is promot-ed to develop in our country. The fired shale bricks from fifty brick manufactories in Guangxi with a larger scale, better management and bet-ter quality products are investigated. The results show that, at present, the fired shale brick produced in Guangxi are mainly those with strength grades of MU10 and MU15, the porosity of less than 40%and dimension of 240mm × 115 (190) mm × 90mm. The production of fired shale hollow brick and fired shale hollow block is rare. The fired shale bricks with rectangular holes which are required to produce by the new national standard“Fired Shale Hollow Bricks and Fired Shale Hollow Blocks”(GB 13544-2011)is of bigger producing technology difficulties and lower production yield, and the fineness of its raw materials required to be thinner, the plasticity of its raw materials required to be high-er. In addition, in order to reduce cracking produced by stress concentration, it is suggested that the sharp corners of rectangular holes should be changed into round.
