目的对生殖道门诊患者支原体感染的状况及耐药情况进行分析,以及了解其特点.方法对我院男科和妇科门诊2217例患者采样进行支原体培养和药敏试验,并对结果用χ2检验进行统计学处理.结果支原体的检出率为单独解脲支原体(UU)42.2%;单独人型支原体(MH)3.6%;MH+UU19.7%,总阳性率为65.5%.UU 和 MH 两者 P<0.01有统计学意义.男性42.3%,女性72.7%,两者 P<0.01有统计学意义.强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素对支原体的敏感率>90%;其它大多数药物对UU 的敏感性普遍高于 MH;MH 对罗红霉素的敏感性最低,UU 对甲砜霉素敏感性最低.结论生殖道患者中支原体感染率较高;且女性>男性;UU>MH.仅3种药物对两种支原体敏感率都较高,对 UU敏感率普遍高于 MH,男性不育症患者感染状况与男性生殖道炎症患者相似.

@@@@ Objective To analysis the reproductive tract mycoplasma infection status and drug resistance in outpatients, and understand their characteristics. Methods 2217 samples from andrology and gynecology outpatients in our hospital were collected to mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test, which results were analyzed using χ2 test. Results Detection rates of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU), mycoplasma hominis(MH) and UU+MH were 42.2%, 3.6% and 19.7%, respectively. The total positive rate of mycoplasma was 65.5%. There were statistical significance between UU and MH (P<0.01). The infection rates of mycoplasma in females and males were 72.7% and 42.3%, respectively, and which had statistical significance (P<0.01). Sensitivity rates of mycoplasma to doxycycline, minocycline and josamycine all exceeded 90%. Sensitivity rates of most other drugs to UU were generally higher than those to MH. Sensitivity rate of roxithromycin to MH was the lowest just as the sensitivity rate of thiamphenicol to UU. Conclusion Reproductive tract mycoplasma infection rate in patients was generally higher. It was higher in females than in males, and ureaplasma urealyticum infection rate was higher than mycoplasma hominis inflection rate. Only three kinds of drugs to both of mycoplasma sensitivety rates were relatively high, and the sensitivety rates of UU were generally higher than MH. Mycoplasma infection rate in male patients suffering from infertility was similar to that in males from genital inflammation.
