评价大学生科研创新能力是当前高校评估中的一个重要方面.在广泛借鉴现有研究成果的基础上,通过设计调查问卷,以西北农林科技大学经济管理学院农业经济管理专业的大学生为调研对象展开调查,对大学生的科研能力进行了分析评价.结果表明,总体来讲农业大学经管类专业的大学生科研能力普遍偏低,有待提高.其在自主学习能力、搜集资料能力、数据处理能力、团队协作能力和对专业知识的认识深度等方面表现较好,但是设计调查表格能力、应用统计软件能力、论文写作能力和创新能力等方面得分较低,需要加强培养.最后,提出了相应的政策建议.

@@@@Appraising the undergraduates’ research and innovation ability is one of the important aspects in higher university e ‐valuation.Bases on reviewing the existed literatures and designing the questionnaire ,analysis of the research ability of under‐graduates in economics and management major (EMM ) in agricultural university was done ,taking the undergraduates in Agri‐cultural Economic Management Major in College of Economics and Management in Northwest A& F University (NWAFU ) as the investigative objective. The results showed ,the scientific research ability of the undergraduates in EMM in agricultural uni‐versity is overall relative lower and need to be improved.In details ,the independent learning ability ,the collection data ability , the data process ability ,the group collaboration ability and the depth of recognizing the special acknowledge of undergraduates are relative better ,but their ability of designing the questionnaire ,ability of applying the statistical software ,ability of writing the academic papers and ability of achieving the innovation are relative lower and need to be cultivated . Finally ,some corre‐sponding countermeasures are put forward.
