@@@@The article expounds the relations among ability training ,classroom teaching and campus cultural activities ,and ob‐tains the conclusion that classroom teaching and campus cultural activities are two necessary conditions in promoting students ’ abilities. The dual mode strategy that classroom teaching and campus cultural activities should be carried out at the same time is proposed in training the teaching abilities of normal school students.
