教师评学工作是教学质量监控的重要组成部分.通过网上评学系统实现教师自行评学和评学数据的归纳汇总.对广西交通职业技术学院教师评学工作的实证研究表明,学生的学习质量总体评价是“良”,但仍需要改进.同时,需要进一步提高教师对网上评学的认识,改进评学指标体系,加强网上评学的监督与管理.

@@@@Teachers’ evaluation work is an important constituent in the control system of teachers ’ quality. Through online eval‐uation system to achieve teachers’evaluation by themselves and data generalization and summary. The research of teachers’ on‐line evaluation work in Guangxi Vocational and Technical college indicated that the overall evaluation of learning quality is good ,but it needs improvement. At the same time ,it needs improving teachers’ understanding of online evaluation ,and im‐prove the evaluation index system ,and strengthen supervision and management of teachers’ evaluation work.
