泸州采气作业区气水同产井产量占总产量的80%以上,气田水的处理方法主要靠转水泵输送到气田水回注站注入回注井,电能消耗较高.通过对气田水回注系统现状及节能潜力的分析,作业区气田水回注系统采取了多项节能降耗技术措施:对自动排液装置就地自动排液流程进行改造,实现程输水;对部分转水站转水流程进行适应性改造,实施越站转水;制定合理的转水制度,实施错时打水;充分利用电价机制,实施错峰打水,在用电低峰转水,实现降本增效.措施方案实施后取得了明显的节电效果.

@@@@Above 80% of total production are provided by gas-water commingling producing wells of Luzhou gas field . The water from gas field was transported mainly into reinjection station by transporta-tion pump and then was re-injected into reinjection wells. The energy-consumption of this process was great. Some energy-saving & consumption-reducing technologies have been applied in water reinjection system by analyzing the energy-saving potential of reinjection system. First, the re-mote water transporting can be achieved by installing automatic drainage devices. Second,the wa-ter transporting across different well stations can be implemented by carrying out the hydraulic cal-culation and modifying the operation process. Third, after investigating the water production and distribution situation of gas wells, the intermittent operation has been implemented by establish-ing the proper water transferring system. Last, in order to reduce the operating costs and achieve the energy-saving & consumption-reducing, the off-peak water injecting has been implemented by utilizing the electricity price procedure. The clear power-saving effect has been seen after imple-menting the projects.
