气田进入生产开发后期,产气量受输气压力和用户用气情况的影响随时发生变化,按照来气田生产设计和选型的压缩机组已不能在工况调节下满足目前的生产需要,只能维持设备在50%~70%功率内运行,这不仅加大了设备的机械磨损,增加了维修保养费用,而且使单台机组的燃料气消耗大幅度增加.为此,隆昌气田昌8井增压站设计并现场实施了压缩机改缸技术试验,获得成功.通过增大压缩缸径,增加单次压缩机处理气量,提高了机组的运行效率,有效地降低了燃料气的消耗,为西南油气田压缩机能耗的降低提供了参考.

@@@@Gas production rate is changing at any time under the influence of gas pressure and gas consump-tion at the later stage of gas field development. The compressor unit based on the original design and selection can not meet the current production needs under the changed operation condition. From 50% to 70% power of devices is maintained only during operation, so the mechanical wear and maintenance cost are increased and the fuel gas consumption of the single unit has increased greatly. The running efficiency of the unit can be increased and the fuel gas consumption can be re-duced by enlarging the cylinder diameter of compressor and increasing the compressed volume of single compressed cycle. The direction of energy-saving & emission-reducing for energy-consump-tion of compressor has been pointed for Southwest oil and gas field.
