为了保证供热质量,减少运行能耗,大庆油田物业管理三公司按照矿区要求推行节能供热示范区建设,提出示范区的建设思路,并从完善供热系统的调节计量措施、综合应用供热调节技术、建立供热系统分析与评价机制及采用“三位一体”运行管理模式四个方面建设供热示范区,实现了供热系统燃料、水、电和人工等多方面节能,实现了供热系统由经验型向数字型的转变.

@@@@In order to ensure the quality of heating and reduce the energy-consumption of operation, in accor-dance with the requirement of implementing energy-saving demonstration area construction, the ideas on constructing energy-saving demonstration area have been put forward by the third proper-ty management company of Daqing oilfield. The purpose of energy-saving on fuel, water, elec-tricity and manpower of heating system can be realized by improving the adjustment and metering measures of heating system, comprehensive utilizing the heating adjustment technology, estab-lishing the analysis and evaluation system of heating system,and using the trinity operation mode. The heating system has changed from “empirical” to “digital”.
