沼气中有害成分H2 S气体对沼气装备和内燃机的腐蚀,严重制约了沼气内燃机发电机组的可靠使用,同时也增加了沼气发电机组的运行和维护成本.本文提出了一种新型的湿、干法串联脱硫兼有脱水效果的技术,并通过对该技术装置在小型沼气发电机组上的应用进行对比试验和检测,证明了该技术的有效性和可行性,,对沼气内燃机发电机组的具有良好的使用效果.
沼氣中有害成分H2 S氣體對沼氣裝備和內燃機的腐蝕,嚴重製約瞭沼氣內燃機髮電機組的可靠使用,同時也增加瞭沼氣髮電機組的運行和維護成本.本文提齣瞭一種新型的濕、榦法串聯脫硫兼有脫水效果的技術,併通過對該技術裝置在小型沼氣髮電機組上的應用進行對比試驗和檢測,證明瞭該技術的有效性和可行性,,對沼氣內燃機髮電機組的具有良好的使用效果.

@@@@Broadly utilized as fuel in the power plants powered by internal combustion engine to gener-ate electricity ,the biomass energy Biogas has been clean and renewable energy .The H2 S content in biogas is corrosive to the internal combustion engine and so severely restricts the reliability of internal combustion engine .Treatment by wet -dry tandem desulfurization technology and dehydration is studied to digest bio-gas .After comparison with main components that resulted in the desulfured or undesulfured biogas ,corros-ive to internal combustion engines ,it is proved that the technology is effective and feasible .After desul-furing ,the technology is protective to biogas internal combustion engines .
