触摸屏手机、平板电脑的出现,为学习型移动教育资源创造了良好的平台.学前儿童移动教育软件资源以轻松的形式引导儿童学习,培养学习的乐趣.通过分析影响学前儿童对移动教育资源用户体验的因素,提出了学前儿童这一特殊群体在移动产品中的体验需求.并且在充分考虑儿童的认知心理特征、行为习惯等特点后,设计了符合学前儿童移动教育资源的用户体验流程图.同时提及了在体验设计后如何能够满足使用人群(儿童)和购买者(家长)的要求,依据生成的评价反馈迭代改正设计,以便更好的满足学前儿童用户的体验需求.

A good mobile educational resources platform could be established on the basis of touch-screen mobile phones and tablet PCs. For pre-school children, such a platform is especially appropriate thanks to its integration of teaching with en-joyment. This paper analyzes factors influencing children’s use of mobile educational resources, and summarizes their needs. The paper then proposes that full consideration shall be taken into account of children’s cognitive-psychological characteristics and behavioral habits etc. to design a flow chart of endusers’ experience.The paper concludes approaches to modifying the de-sign in response to assessments generated automatically by the system, so as to better satisfy demand of both endusers (children) and purchasers(their parents).
