通道侗族自治县地处湘桂黔三省交界的边陲地区,交通不便,信息闭塞,是典型的经济后发达地区,城镇居民医疗保险制度改革更是一大难题.以通道县城镇居民医疗保险为案例进行研究,通过对通道县城镇居民进行问卷调查和个案访谈,了解城镇居民医疗保险制度的现状,对城镇居民医疗保险中的一些问题等进行了分析,并提出了后发达地区缓解“看病难、看病贵”问题的建议.

@@@@The transportation is inconvenient and information is unenlightened in Tongdao autonomous county , for the location in junctional zone of Hunan ,Guangxi and Guizhou .And this county is typically “aged ,young , remote and poor” , especially the reform of medical insurance system for town residents is a big problem there . Based on the study of questionnaire survey and individual cases , this paper gets the current situation and analyses the problems of medical insurance system for town residents .And finally the solutions of remitting the issue “difficult and costly to see a doctor” are proposed .
