China and foreign countries cooperation has been the objective trend of vocational education development. Col eges must guarantee the teaching quality of China and foreign countries cooperation and establish quality guarantee system of China and foreign countries cooperation to promote the development of hi-polytechnic internationalization in real sense. This thesis will research on the connotation and construction of quality guarantee system in China and foreign countries cooperation, especially on the construction of external quality assurance system and internal quality guarantee system.
