提高教育质量,关键在于提高教师素质,特别是加强“双师型”教师队伍建设.本文从我国高等职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设的成绩和存在的问题两方面入手,针对“双师型”教师应具备的能力和素质,从加强培训、加强校企业合作、加强考评体系等方面提出了“双师型”教师队伍建设的途径.
