观测实践表明,电磁辐射异常与地震活动有较好的对应关系.电磁辐射异常主要表现为短临异常,开展地震电磁辐射前兆观测,对提高地震短临预报水平,有效减轻地震灾害具有重要作用.针对电磁辐射观测存在的问题,就观测仪器设计、观测点选择、观测方式、方法等方面提出了新的思路.

@@@@Observation practice shows that electromagnetic radiation anomalies and seismic activity have good corresponding relationship. Electromagnetic radiation anomalies were mainly presented as short -impending anomaly. The earthquake precursory observation of the electromagnetic radiation plays an important role in improving the short-term and impending-earthquake prediction skill and mitigating the earthquake disaster effectively. In view of the problems existed in electroma-gnetic radiation observation,this paper proposed new ideas of the observation device design,selection of observation point and observation methods.
