Taiwan Technical and Vocational Education plays an important role on the cultivation of higher technical talents and the development of economy in Taiwan. The paper takes Tainan University of Technology as a case researches the plan of Employability training in Taiwan Technical and Vocational Colleges. The vocational education in Mainland China should borrow its successful experience perfect the system of talent cultivation and clear the objectives of vocational career; strengthen the guidance of governments standardize the management system of off-campus internship and develop flexible and various off-campus internship courses.
