目的:在现有模型的制作方式上加以改良,建立更稳定、更经济的慢性心衰心阳虚型动物模型.方法:采用以阿霉素诱导为主,配合每天低温刺激的复合模型来模拟阳虚表现,使用心脏彩超同步检测正常组、模型改良组、模型1组、模型2组、冷冻组的LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、FS心功能变化.结果:在造模过程中,改良组与模型1、2组大鼠均逐渐出现一系列阳虚症状,改良组较模型1、2组明显.造模结束后,分别比较各组体重、生存率、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、FS的变化.改良组与模型2组各指标变化符合慢性心力衰竭心阳虚证动物模型证候标准,改良组与模型2组各心功能指标间差异无统计学意义(跃0.05),与模型1组间差异具有统计学意义(<0.05).结论:模型改良组造模用时短,成功率高,可作为各种慢性心衰心阳虚型大鼠实验的造模参考方法.

목적:재현유모형적제작방식상가이개량,건립경은정、경경제적만성심쇠심양허형동물모형.방법:채용이아매소유도위주,배합매천저온자격적복합모형래모의양허표현,사용심장채초동보검측정상조、모형개량조、모형1조、모형2조、냉동조적LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、FS심공능변화.결과:재조모과정중,개량조여모형1、2조대서균축점출현일계렬양허증상,개량조교모형1、2조명현.조모결속후,분별비교각조체중、생존솔、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、FS적변화.개량조여모형2조각지표변화부합만성심력쇠갈심양허증동물모형증후표준,개량조여모형2조각심공능지표간차이무통계학의의(약0.05),여모형1조간차이구유통계학의의(<0.05).결론:모형개량조조모용시단,성공솔고,가작위각충만성심쇠심양허형대서실험적조모삼고방법.
@@@@[Objective] Objective: To improve the method of the existing model making in order to establish an animal model of de-ficiency of heart-YANG in CHF with more stable and more economical.Methods: Adriamycin induction used mainly with low temperature stimulation daily as a complex model simulates the symptoms of deficiency of yang. UCG is used synchronously to measure the LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF and FS of the heart function in the normal, model-improved, model-1, model-2 and frozen groups. Results: In the process of model-building, the rats gradually present a series of symptoms of deficiency of yang in model-improved, model-1 and model-2 groups and those symptoms are more obvious in model-improved group. When the model-building is finished, the data of body weight,survival rate, LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF and FS of every group is for com-parison. The change of index are correspond with syndrome standard of animal model syndrome of deficiency of heart-YANG in CHF in the model-improved and model-2 group. There is no statistically significant variance in the data between the mod-el-improved and model-2 group(P>0.05), but there was y significant difference between the model-improved and model-1 ( <0.05). Conclusions: Model-Improved group is built with less time and higher success rate. It can be a referential method in building a range of rat experiment of deficiency of heart-YANG in CHF.
