利用四波混频效应在半导体光放大器中产生了频率为0.12 THz的太赫兹波,然后将0.12 THz太赫兹波作为载波,搭载1个10 Gbit/s的基带信号在光纤中传输,并对其传输性能进行了分析.结果表明,当传输距离比较短时,由光纤中的色散效应比较弱,解调后的基带信号的眼图非常清晰;当传输距离比较大时,由受到很强的色散效应影响,解调后的基带信号的眼图变得不理想,其张开度逐渐变小.
利用四波混頻效應在半導體光放大器中產生瞭頻率為0.12 THz的太赫玆波,然後將0.12 THz太赫玆波作為載波,搭載1箇10 Gbit/s的基帶信號在光纖中傳輸,併對其傳輸性能進行瞭分析.結果錶明,噹傳輸距離比較短時,由光纖中的色散效應比較弱,解調後的基帶信號的眼圖非常清晰;噹傳輸距離比較大時,由受到很彊的色散效應影響,解調後的基帶信號的眼圖變得不理想,其張開度逐漸變小.

In this paper, the 0.12-THz wave in the semiconductor optical amplifier based on the effect of four-wave-mixing is generated. Then the 0.12-THz wave is used as a carrier, which carries 10 Gbit/s based-band signal and propagates in a fiber. The propagation characteristics of the based-band signal are analyzed. The results show that when the length of propagation is short, the eye diagrams of demodulation of based-band signal are very clear due to the weak dispersion effect. When the length of propagation is increased, the eye diagrams of demodulation of based-band signal become imperfect and their opening diminish gradually due to the strong dispersion effect.
