目的:探讨横断面上展神经的走行和毗邻关系,为展神经病变的影像学诊断和外科手术提供形态学依据.方法:选取成人尸头标本36例,以冷冻切片法制成连续横断层标本;采取3D-CISS序列,获取成人头部MR图像53例;在上述断层标本与MR图像上,观察分析展神经在横断面上的解剖特点与MRI表现.结果:根据走行,展神经大致可分为桥池段、Dorello管段、海绵窦段、眶上裂段以及眶内段五段.在横断面上,展神经桥池段的识别标志为基底动脉,该段展神经对称走行于基底动脉两侧;颞骨岩部尖和蝶窦下壁是展神经Dorello管段的识别标志;展神经海绵窦段走行于颈内动脉与三叉神经节之间.在横断面上寻找展神经的眶上裂段和眶内段较为困难.结论:横断面能够清楚地显示展神经的桥池段、Dorello管段和海绵窦段,对眶上裂段和眶内段的显示较差.

목적:탐토횡단면상전신경적주행화비린관계,위전신경병변적영상학진단화외과수술제공형태학의거.방법:선취성인시두표본36례,이냉동절편법제성련속횡단층표본;채취3D-CISS서렬,획취성인두부MR도상53례;재상술단층표본여MR도상상,관찰분석전신경재횡단면상적해부특점여MRI표현.결과:근거주행,전신경대치가분위교지단、Dorello관단、해면두단、광상렬단이급광내단오단.재횡단면상,전신경교지단적식별표지위기저동맥,해단전신경대칭주행우기저동맥량측;섭골암부첨화접두하벽시전신경Dorello관단적식별표지;전신경해면두단주행우경내동맥여삼차신경절지간.재횡단면상심조전신경적광상렬단화광내단교위곤난.결론:횡단면능구청초지현시전신경적교지단、Dorello관단화해면두단,대광상렬단화광내단적현시교차.
@@@@ Objective:To explore the course and adjacent relationships of the abducent nerve on the trans-verse plane in order to provide the morphological basis for the imaging diagnosis and surgery of abducent nerve le -sions.Methods:36 adult head specimens were made into continuous transverse sections using freezing microtomy .53 adults were recruited to scan for the MRI images using 3D-CISS sequence.The anatomical features on the transverse sections and the MRIcharacteristics of the abducent nerve were analyzed on the sectional images and MRI images .Re-sults:According to the course, the abducent nerve could be divided into five segments: the cisternal segment, the Dorello’s canal segment, the cavernous sinus segment , the superior orbital fissure segment and the intraorbital seg-ment.The basilar artery was the identification landmark for the cisternal segment of the abducent nerves .Both cister-nal segments were symmetrical distributed on both sides of the basilar artery .The identification landmark for the Dorello’s canal segment was the apex of petrous part of temporal bone and inferior wall of sphenoid sinus .The cav-ernous sinussegment was located between internal carotid artery and the trigeminal ganglion .It was hard to identify the superior orbital fissure segment and the intraorbital segment of abducent nerve on the transvers plane .Conclusions:The cisternal segment, the Dorello’s canal segment and the cavernous sinus segment of the abducens nerve are well displayed on the transverse plane , while the transverse plane is not good enough for displaying the superior orbital fis -sure segment and intraorbital one .
