目的:用磁共振非增强FSD MRA(以下简称FSD)与增强MRA对受试者手动脉血管成像进行对比分析,以探讨非增强FSD血管成像方法在手血管成像中的临床应用价值.方法:对13例受试者先后行非增强FSD扫描和增强MRA扫描,在工作站经MIP重建后,在手血管图像上将手部动脉分为12段,按5分法分别评分并行组间比较.结果:两种成像方法比较中,除掌浅弓与掌深弓段血管评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各段血管评分非增强FSD高于增强MRA,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:非增强FSD显示手指指掌侧总动脉及指掌侧固有动脉的效果优于增强MRA.非增强FSD作为一种非侵入血管检查技术为手血管的显像及相关血管疾病的诊断提供新的方法.

@@@@ Objective:To explore the clinical application value of non -enhanced FSD MRA on hand angiography by comparing image quality of non -enhanced FSD MRA with that of enhanced MRA .Methods:Thirteen volunteers underwent non -enhanced FSD and enhanced MRA scanner respectively .All images through MIP reconstruction at work station , every hand image was divided into twelve segments and the scores were evaluated based on a 5-point scale.The results were compared between two groups .Results:Between the two kinds of methods, the deep palmar arch and superficial palmar arch had no significant difference (P>0. 05), but the rest had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:Non-enhanced FSD can reveal superior-ity ability to show proper palmar digital arterial and common palmar digital arterial compared to enhanced MRA . Non-enhanced FSD can be served as a non -invasive technique for hand angiography and diagnosis of related diseases.
