目的:探讨踝与足部MRI解剖及其临床意义.方法:查阅近年来关于踝与足部MRI解剖的文献,总结踝与足部MRI解剖最新研究进展,并评估未来发展趋势.结果:将踝与足部的横断层解剖分为4段,描述了各段的解剖特点;MRI能清晰观察关节、韧带、肌与血管神经,是显示踝与足部解剖的首选影像学方法.结论:近年来踝与足部MRI解剖已取得较大进步,三维可视化研究是其发展趋势.

@@@@ Objective:To explore Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) anatomy of the ankle and foot and its clinical significance.Methods:To summarize the current research status and the future development trend on MRI a-natomy of the ankle and foot through analyzing and studying the papers on this region in recent years .Results:The an-kle and foot can be divided into 4 segments on the cross sectional anatomy .The anatomical characteristics of each segment were described.Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) can display the joints, ligaments, muscles, blood ves-sels, and nerves of the ankle and foot .So, it is the preferred method of the imaging study for anatomy of the ankle and foot.Conclusions:In recent years, the study of the MRI anatomy of the ankle and foot has made great progress . Three-dimensional visualization research of the ankle and foot based on sectional and MRI anatomy is the develop -ment trend in the future.
