基于智猪博弈公理化系统研究了高校科研团队中普遍存在的“搭便车”现象.首先通过建立公理化模型分析了“搭便车”现象产生的原因,继而通过改变参数使得该博弈的均衡解转移,最后依据模型分析结果提出了提高高校科研团队运作效率的方案.为高校科研团队的管理提供科学的、量化的决策依据.
