循环经济是我国实现可持续发展的战略选择.我国的循环经济产业刚开始起步,本文选择了技术含量高、产品价值高、附加值高、保有量非常大的汽车作为研究对象,依据循环经济的原理,对当前我国汽车产品的4种循环经济模式进行了分析;经济快速发展的我国汽车年销售量只会增加,不会减少,减量化只能在减少汽车制造、使用中消耗的物质方面进行;再使用受到我国政策的限制,也受到废旧产品本身的制约,只有有限的零件可以再使用;再循环是我国汽车产品循环经济中唯一发展比较完善的模式,但只利用了构成产品的原材料,浪费了产品或零部件成型过程中的附加价值;再制造能变废为宝、节约成本、节省资源、保护环境和增加就业;从多方面看,废旧汽车产品的再制造都是一个最佳的循环经济方案.为加速汽车零部件再制造的发展提出:尽快撤消产业政策限制,鼓励、支持再制造研究和加强对再制造宣传的建议.

Cyclic economy was the strategic selection to achieve our country's sustainable development. In this paper the vehicle with top technology, high value, high added value and huge inventory was selected as a research subject. In accordance with the principles of the circular economy 4 modes of the cyclic economy of the automotive products were analyzed in our country. The sales of the vehicle will only increase not cut down during our country's economy rapid development. The only thing can be done in reducing is reducing resumed material of the manufacturing and using the vehicle. The reusing way for vehicle was confined by our country's policy and constraints of the vehicle-self. There is a limited number of parts can be reused. Recycling is the only better cyclic economy mode of automotive products in our country, only raw materials were used the added value during process forming vehicle and its parts were wasted in the recycling method. The advantages of the remanufacturing for the vehicle were changing waste into treasure, saving costs, saving resources, protecting our environment and crease employment. The remanufacturing for the vehicle and its parts is the best cyclic economy method in many ways. To accelerate the development of the automotive parts remanufacturing the follow suggestions are put forward, the industrial policy restrictions need to be undone as soon as possible, encourage and support the remanufacturing research, and strengthen the remanufacturing publicity recommendations.
