    Transformation development of our university makes challenges coexist with opportunities. On the foundation of analyzing the teaching characters of general courses,some advices about general courses such as enlarging function orienta-tion,building new course system, innovating teaching mode, strengthening academic status of teaching and quickening the construction of innovative teaching team are put forward.
