从任职教育和基础学科课程及其教师的特点出发,对基础学科课程教研室适应任职教育转型所面临的问题进行了较为深入的分析,提出了基础学科课程教学在任职教育转型中的一些对策,包括基础学科课程教师转型的对策和将部分基础学科课程改造为任职教育课程的方法,并以数学类课程为例,给出了以原基础学科理论课程为基础、以简单实用的软件为依托的基础学科任职教育课程教学转型设想.

The characteristic of the general courses and the characteristic of general course teachers are analyzed to make an in-depth study on transformation of the general course's teaching in post-oriented military education. Some suggestions and methods are given on how to transform the common courses to adapt for post-oriented military education. And some spe-cial courses of mathematics are reformed with using utility software for instance.
