针对防雷设计现状,从图纸审查角度,给出作者对现行《建筑物防雷设计规范》相关条款的理解.包括:对比相关标准在防雷分类和危险场所划分方面的差异;《雷规》修订了建筑物年预计雷击次数的计算,作者通过几个计算实例给出自己的解读;分析《雷规》在专设引下线与自然引下线、防雷装置使用的材料、防雷等电位连接与防侧击措施、防接触电压和跨步电压、电气系统和电子系统电涌保护器的安装位置及参数选择等方面的修订内容;总结设计时应遵循的原则.

In view of the situation of protection against lightning design, the understanding of the authors about relevant provisions under the Code for Design Protection of Structures against Lightning is presented from the perspective of drawing review, including that relevant standards are compared for differences in classification of protection against lightning and division dangerous places; the calculation of expected annual number of lightning flash for structures is revised in the design code and the authors give their understanding by means of several calculation examples; revisions in terms of specific down-conductor system and natural down-conductor system, materials for protection against lightning devices, lightning equipotential bonding and side stroke protection measures, contact voltage and step voltage protection, installation location and parameters selection of surge protective devices for electrical system and electronic system under the design code are analyzed; and principles to be followed during design are summarized.
