Fine decorated apartments which accord with the concept of low-carbon and environmental protection,has become a developing trend. This paper analyses the existing problems on quality, style, cost, after-sales service of fine decorated apartments in present Jiaxing and puts forward the countermeasures on implementing it from the aspects of policy, management, mode, and value engineering to promote sustained and healthy development of the fine decorated apartments in Jiaxing.
