Since the establishment of National Science Base of Beijing Forestry University, through carrying out the project of students' independent innovation and scientific research and training, it has made remarkable achievements in upgrading the students' quality of scientific research and exploring talent training mode. This article elaborated on undergraduate research training management methods and experience from two aspects of the safeguards and operational management.
