鄂尔多斯盆地储层物性较差,大规模压裂并不能有效地解决气井压裂增产问题,需要研究适度加砂量与裂缝几何尺寸的匹配关系.利用支撑剂对适度规模清洁压裂的裂缝参数优化,得到合理的缝长和缝宽;模拟确定施工排量、前置液量、携砂液量、施工砂比等参数,形成施工泵注程序,完成适度规模清洁压裂设计.

Since many wells in Ordos Basin have poor reservoir properties, large scale fracturing treatment cannot effectively solve the stimulation problems of these gas wells. Clean fracturing fluid can constrain fracture height. According to the reservoir features, reasonable fracture length and width can be obtained for fracture parameter optimization on appropriate-scale clean fracturing using conception of proppant number. optimization simulation for other parameters with fracturing software to confirm flow rate, pad fluid volume, carrier fluid and sand proportion.
