This paper summarizes the influencing elements of the schematic design phase of residential building and builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of commercial residential architectural design scheme. The relative weights of the indexs are given by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The steps for the building of the extensive comprehension evaluation model of commercial residential architectural design program are described. Finally,the article evaluates the scheme by the methods of the model, and examples are given.
