With the increasing enlarge of enterprise's scale, external environment changes unpredictably, so it is very important to do strategy management, the realization way of development strategy is main merge and strategy alliance, it's need to fully develop strategy synergy to produce synergy effect in the enterprise's merge, strategy alliance and business corporation, which can realize strategy object, reduce cost and increase core competitiveness. In the paper, strategy synergy's realization, synergy opportunity's identification and the attentive problem of implement strategy synergy are fully analyzed, which lay a foundation for realizing strategy object.
