According to the law of the relationship between internal and external causes of materialist dialectics, this paper made useful exploration on factors of policy -oriented, experts' leading, career planning, and environmental impact influencing double -certificated teachers' professional development from the perspective of double-certificated teachers' professional development, and proposed some ideas and methods for reference.
