采用自然沉降法,对渤海大学校不同区的室内微生物进行测定.研究结果表明,校室内空气含有细菌、真菌和放线菌等,以细菌为主,雨天微生物含量比晴天高.在14个采样点中属微污染的有5个,占35.7%;较清洁的6个,占42.9%;清洁的只有3个,占21.4%.其中图书馆室内微生物含量最高,最高可达4702 CFU? m-3.学校室内空气质量不高,应加强对环境卫生的监督检查工作.

The results show that the indoor microbes had the greatest quantity of bacteria , actinomycetes and fungi were followed.The content of microbial on rainy day was higher than that of sunny day .There were 5 sam-pling points of the micro pollution level accounts for 35.7%;6 sampling points at less clean accounts for 42.9%;and there were only 3 sampling points belongs to clean level accounts for 21.4%.The highest concentration of mi-crobial is 4702 CFU? m-3 in the library.
