滚动轴承是旋转类机械中最常见的零部件之一,它的工作状态直接影响到整个设备的运转.文章分析了包含故障信息的信号特征,针对以往滚动轴承故障诊断的缺陷,将小波变换理论应用到诊断当中,并通过实验说明该方法在处理非平稳、时变信号时的优越性.

Rolling bearings is one of the most common parts of rotating machinery,it has a direct impact on the state of the work of the entire operation of the equipment. In this paper,we analyzed the characteristics of the signal which including failure information. Aiming at the shortage of fault diagnoses on rolling bearing,and applied wavelet transform theory is applied to the fault diagnosis,and the superiority of this method on processing non-steady and inconstant signals was illustrated.
